The organization through which I donate blood or platelets gives me points for each donation. I recently redeemed some points to order this coffee mug, shown in the condition in which it arrived today. I sent the blood folks this photo, and a new mug will wing its way to me next week. No, this is nothing earthshaking, just good customer service. It made me smile and feel happy. Smiles and happies are good things.
