Note the dark patch on the wall to the right of the hanging bag. It's padding, allowing me to practice kicking against an immovable object. I'm hoping that this will help me kick a target with my kicking foot in the proper position as well as to adjust the height to which I kick. Yeah, I need to work on my kicking, but I am nothing if not stubborn.
If forced to choose one word to describe me, Rich might well pick "stubborn," so it appears we have something in common. Kicking, however, wouldn't be another.
