Armed and Dangerous?

I was told recently that I have Michelle Obama arms. I take that as a compliment even as I think how out-of-shapeI think my arms are right now. For what it's worth, this is the first blog post I've done with Betsy, my tablet. She's named after my best friend in kindergarten.
